East End Independents – Tower Hamlets Edition!

East End Independents – Tower Hamlets Edition!

Today Crisp Street Delivers – Zedify begin distributing our Tower Hamlets guide designed by founding member Rob Ryan! Just in time for Small Business Saturday 3rd December. For the first time in six years of creating maps, this new guide includes the Bengali language. The Guild was supported by the Bengali East End Heritage Society and the London Bangla Press Club with the translation. Our extra special 10th-year anniversary guide was made possible by Tower Hamlets Council and CBG Law.

The Guide features Rob’s poetry on the cover; “These streets they all join up, they don’t just go nowhere. They were made to bring people together – not keep them apart.”

This Saturday you can pick up a copy from the bricks & mortar shops, cafes and restaurants listed as well as many of the businesses in the ‘Things to See & Do’ section such as Dennis Severs House, Spitalfields Farm, Rich Mix, Alternative London and The Greenwood Guild.

It’s not too late to pick up both the Hackney and Tower Hamlets guides as well as a Gardners tote bag on our one-day-only Tour of Spitalfields with the Gentle Author! Tea, samosas and pakora from Masala on Brick Lane will be served at the end of the tour.

Book here for our tour of Spitalfields with the gentle author of spitalfields life!
