Mayor Khan agrees to meet our members to further our proposals for a London Working Rent!
On Wednesday night Guild and our Guardians of the Arches members Leonard Maloney – JC Motors, Leni Jones – Rosso Corse and Peter Hills – Hackney Brewery secured a meeting with the Mayor of London at the Peoples Question Time in Wandsworth.
We intend to use this meeting to further our GLA funded policy recommendations. With a possible, community-led alternative to the Bishopsgate Goodsyard development in the pipeline, our ideas could be implemented within this scheme too!
